General terms

  1. General The following conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter "You") to DAFI 90 Ltd. (160072279, hereinafter "", "us" or "we"), to the site, mobile version or mobile application of, or by telephone through (collectively, ""). By using and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms set out here (the "Terms"). Please make sure you read and understand the Terms and Conditions before placing your order. Orders can only be made by private individuals who are not engaged in business, have reached the age of 18, who have not been placed under guardianship, and who have provided a residence or other address in Bulgaria (except for an office of a courier company which is our partner). The inclusion of '' products or services at any time does not mean or guarantee that those products or services will be available at any time. We reserve the right to suspend the offering of any product at any time. We reserve the right to change these Terms periodically without notice to you. To do this, we must make sure that we provide high quality and timely services. You understand and agree not to (i) send, transmit, redistribute, upload, or advertise any messages or content that may harm or adversely affect our business, products or services; (ii) act in a way or use of any device that restricts, violates, interferes with, or delays the use of by another user or that affects the security of the site, or (iii) use any device or make attempt to use any facility, software, tool, tool, script, or other device or mechanism (including without limitation spiders, bots, robots, avatars or reconnaissance devices) to search or navigate the Site, or to copy content from the site. We reserve the right to immediately prohibit access to the site and close the account of any user who violates this provision or any other provision related to the Terms of Service.
  2. Prices and Delivery Charges The prices shown on include the legal VAT, but do not include the delivery costs. The shipping costs for each order will be the same, regardless of the size or weight of the items ordered. The price, regardless of the delivery method, is clearly indicated at the time of order completion. Our standard delivery charge is BGN 6.00. If we cannot deliver your order in one shipment and have to make more than one delivery, there will be no additional charge for subsequent deliveries.   3. Place an order/ Contract You can place an order through or by phone. Please visit our Customer Service page for more information. Once you place an order, if you have provided us with your email address, you will receive an email confirmation. If for some reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. If we have already received payment for such an order, we will attempt to refund the amount due using the same payment method that was used to make the payment. If, for any reason, a different settlement is required, we will notify you and ask you to contact our Customer Service, where the refund will be arranged.
  4. Delivery For us, it is of great importance to carefully accept and process orders and to ensure prompt delivery of the order to the address of residence or other address in Bulgaria (except the office of the courier company, which is our partner), according to the option that you have selected. strives to send orders as soon as possible and in the order in which they are placed. Our goal is to deliver the order within 4 to 5 business days of confirming it. Although we strive to deliver within the specified interval, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events. If the delivery time exceeds 30 days, you can cancel your order. Before ordering, you will be informed when the delivery is expected to be made. Once you place an order, if you have provided us with an email address, you will receive an email confirmation of when the order is expected to be placed.   5. Order cancelation You can cancel or return the order from the date you place the order within 30 days after receiving the ordered goods. If you paid for the goods, we will refund you the amount that includes the standard shipping costs of, but will not include the cost of BGN 4.90 for returning the goods to, if any. If you decide to hold certain goods and only partially cancel your order, your shipping costs will not be refunded. You will find our full Return Policy on If you wish to cancel or return your order, please let us know in writing by mail using the pre-printed form on your shipment; by sending a letter to Customer Service at; by emailing; by returning the good(s) as specified in Section 6 (Return of Goods) below within the 30-day period referred to in Section 5.1 above. We will refund by trying to use the same payment method used to make the payment (or, if the goods have not yet been paid, we will reflect the return of the goods to your account balance) as soon as possible or as soon as possible but up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the notice of cancellation of the order only if we have received the goods or proof that they have been sent back. Another payment method may be used for the refund, if you agree to such change; in any case, this will not entail additional costs. If the goods you have received are defective, please notify in a timely manner and return the goods as indicated in the (Return of Goods) section below. will refund the full amount you have paid for any products found to be defective.   6. Return of goods guarantees a full refund of the amount paid as described in Section 5 (Order cancelation), provided that all the goods are returned in the same condition as they were when you received them. This means that the goods must not be damaged, contaminated, washed, altered or worn (except measured) and that all labels or markings must be in place. All our shipments contain a pre-printed return form, which you can use if you decide to return the items you have ordered, or part of them. You will find more detailed information on the return procedure in the documents accompanying the delivery and in our Return and Refund Policy. You can leave the goods you wish to return at an Econt Express office in Bulgaria. If you prefer, you can also return your goods by courier to pick up the goods from your home, in either case you will be charged a fee of BGN 4.90 for returning the goods to in the order of  Article 5.2. of these Terms.
  7. Payment methods Credit card or debit card You can enter your payment information at the moment you place your order using a valid credit or debit card (VISA or Mastercard). The corresponding amount will be claimed immediately on your card but will not be debited before the goods are shipped. reserves the right to verify the validity of a credit or debit card, its status with regard to the value of the order and whether the address details of the buyer are correct. We may refuse to execute orders depending on the results of those checks. Cash on delivery You can choose to pay by cash on delivery of the goods at no additional charge.   8. Our liability Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits's liability with respect to problems that would be unlawful for us to limit or exclude our liability. accepts responsibility for the death or personal injury caused by our negligence or that of our employees and agents. We do not seek to discharge the responsibility for presenting the information in a way incompatible with the law of by its employees or agents. If we breach these Terms, we are responsible for losses that are relatively foreseeable consequences of such breach. is not responsible for indirect losses that are a side effect of a major loss or damage, such as loss of profit or loss of opportunity; or may not deliver the goods or meet any of our other obligations under these Terms and Conditions when this inability is due to an event beyond our control, which includes but is not limited to fire, flood, storm, riots , civil unrest, war, nuclear accident and terrorist activity. Our maximum liability to you for any loss or damage arising from your order at will be limited to the total price of your order. If you have any problem with a product you purchased from online and could not resolve the dispute with, then you can file a complaint with the EU online dispute resolution platform ("ODR platform"). The ODR platform offers consumers and traders within the EU the opportunity to try and reach out-of-court complaints arising from online purchases.   9. Colors and sizes We make every reasonable effort to adequately display our products, including their composition and colors. The color you see depends on your computer system and we cannot guarantee that your computer will display these colors correctly. The dimensions of an item presented on are only approximate dimensions so that you can get an idea of the pattern or pattern of a garment and are not a guarantee of the actual size of the item you will receive. The final dimensions of an item may vary depending on the production material.
  10. Warranty If you receive defective goods, will comply with all statutory warranties.   13. Property Rights All intellectual property rights, such as the trademarks and copyrights of, remain the property of, DAFI 90 Ltd. and its affiliates or licensors.
